How to Make an Order

Generally the orders can be made by fax or e-mail at least 3 working days in advance. Here are the main steps of the inspection process:

  • If possible, the client should send us the specification of product inspected/ approved sample to prepare an inspection plan in advance, and inform us the inspection location.
  • According to the client's requirement, we will prescribe the inspection plan & offer exactly a quotation including man-day number & total cost for the client.
  • If the client agree our offer, he/she needs to send us the contact details of supplier (phone number, contact name, address etc.) as well as preferred shipment date if available.

We'll send the supplier a booking to confirm the date and location of inspection.
Inspection date can be changed 1-3 days prior to scheduled inspection.
Once the inspection will be finished, a detailed Report will be sent to you within 24 hours after the inspection.
- If the result is satisfying for you, you will instruct the supplier / factory to ship;
- If the result is not satisfying, a re-inspection can be ordered after defective products will be replaced or corrected by the factory. The re-inspection will be charged either to the client or the supplier, depending on arrangement made.If the client needs an urgent inspection or special arrangements, we can at our best to fulfill your requirements.
